To register on Webrano, simply click the 'Sign Up' button at the top of the page. Then enter details such as your full name, valid email, mobile number, and password. After completing the form, you will receive an activation email; click the link to activate your account. You can also register via Google or LinkedIn accounts. The registration process takes less than 2 minutes and is completely free. After registration, you can access all basic Webrano services and upgrade your subscription if needed.
2. How can I recover my forgotten password?
If you forgot your password, click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page. Enter your email or mobile number. A password reset link will be sent to you. Click the link and choose a new password with at least 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols. You can also recover your password through Webrano support by providing identity documents. We recommend storing your password securely or using a password manager to avoid losing access.
3. Can I delete my account?
Yes, you can delete your account at any time. Go to 'Account Settings' in your user panel and select 'Delete Account'. Before deletion, all your information including projects, files, and activity history will be permanently erased with no possibility of recovery. Webrano keeps a backup for 30 days, so if you change your mind, you can contact support to restore your account. If you have an active subscription, you must cancel it first. Please back up any important data before deletion.
4. How do I edit my profile information?
To edit your profile, log in to your account and click on your avatar or name in the top right corner. From the dropdown menu, select 'My Profile'. On this page, you can edit your first name, last name, contact number, address, biography, profile picture, and other personal details. You can also adjust privacy settings to control what information is visible to other users. Changes are saved immediately and do not require re-verification across the site. We recommend keeping your contact information up to date.
5. Is having a Webrano account mandatory?
No, many basic Webrano services are available without registration. You can access articles, documentation, free demos, and some basic tools. However, to use advanced features such as creating projects, cloud storage, dedicated support, team collaboration, API access, and purchasing professional subscriptions, you will need an account. An account allows you to save your progress, access activity history, and enjoy a personalized experience. Registration is completely free and takes only 1 minute.

1. What payment methods are accepted on Webrano?
Webrano supports a wide range of modern and secure payment methods. You can pay via credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, local bank gateways in your country, cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether), Apple Pay, Google Pay, peer-to-peer systems, and direct bank transfers. 2. How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancelling your subscription on Webrano is very simple. Log in to your account and go to the 'Subscriptions' or 'Billing' section. Next to your active subscription, select the 'Cancel Subscription' option. After confirmation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, and auto-renewal will be disabled. There is no penalty for early cancellation, and you can reactivate your subscription at any time. If you cancel during a free trial, it will be deactivated immediately. You can also manually renew your subscription. Please note that after cancellation, professional features will revert to the free plan.
3. Can I get an official invoice?
Yes, Webrano issues official invoices for all successful transactions. Invoices include your name and details, transaction date, payment amount, subscription type, subscription period, unique invoice number, tracking code, and tax information. You can download your invoices from the 'Billing History' section in your user panel. Invoices are available in PDF format and are valid for submission to tax authorities, employers, or your organization. You can also have invoices automatically sent to your email. If you need an invoice with specific tax information, you can enter your company details in your profile.
4. How are special discounts applied?
Webrano offers special discount codes on various occasions. To use a discount, find the 'Discount Code' box on the checkout page and enter your code. Discounts are applied as a percentage or fixed amount. Some discounts are only for annual subscriptions, some for new users, and some for specific periods like Black Friday, New Year, back-to-school, etc. Loyalty discounts are automatically given to long-term Webrano users. You can follow discount codes through our email newsletter, social media, and the Webrano blog. Each discount code has an expiry date and limited usage.
5. How does the free trial work?
To start a free trial on Webrano, first create an account. Then go to the subscriptions page and select your desired plan. Next to the plan, click 'Start Free Trial'. You will have full access to all features of that plan for 14 days, at no cost. No credit card information is required during the trial. Near the end of the trial, you will receive an email inviting you to renew your subscription. After the trial period ends, your account will revert to the free plan unless you have activated a subscription. Each user can use the free trial only once.

1. How is my data protected on Webrano?
User data security is Webrano's top priority. All your data is encrypted with AES-256 standard, both at rest and in transit (TLS 1.3). Our servers have high-level security certificates and are monitored 24/7. No individual or organization can access your data without your permission. Webrano never stores sensitive information such as passwords or card details. We also support two-factor authentication (2FA). Our security team continuously monitors systems for vulnerabilities, and annual penetration tests are performed by third-party companies.
2. Does Webrano share my information with third parties?
Never. Webrano respects your privacy and does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party without your explicit consent. Only in the following limited cases may information be shared: if required by law with a court order, for payment processing with banking gateways (only the minimum necessary information), and for providing support services to partner companies that are bound by confidentiality. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) greatly increases your account security. To enable, log in to your account and go to 'Security' or 'Account Settings'. Select 'Enable Two-Factor Authentication'. Then install an authenticator app like Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, or Authy. Scan the displayed QR code or enter the key manually. Then enter the 6-digit code generated by the app to complete activation. You can also save one-time recovery codes in case you lose your phone. From then on, you will need your mobile code in addition to your password.
4. Does Webrano use cookies?
Yes, Webrano uses cookies to improve user experience. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use essential cookies for basic site functionality (such as login, shopping cart, security) without which the site won't work properly. 5. What should I do if my account is compromised?
If you suspect your account has been compromised, take immediate action: First, change your password via the 'Forgot Password' option. Then contact Webrano support at support@webrano.com or call our 24/7 support line. Our security team will immediately lock your account and review activity logs. After verifying your identity, your account will be restored. We also recommend enabling two-factor authentication, logging out all active sessions on other devices, checking your email and other linked accounts, and changing their passwords if necessary. Average server response time is less than 80 milliseconds, and a 24/7 monitoring system sends instant alerts. We also use CloudFlare's CDN to improve loading speeds worldwide.
2. What is Webrano's uptime?
Webrano offers a 99.9% uptime SLA (Service Level Agreement) for all users. Over the past three years, our actual uptime has been 99.97%, which equates to less than 3 hours of downtime per year. Our uptime is monitored in real time by third-party services like UptimeRobot and Pingdom, and the statistics are publicly available on our status page (status.webrano.com). If uptime falls below 99.9%, Webrano automatically provides compensatory credit to affected users. 4. How is data backup performed?
Webrano's backup system is fully automated and multi-layered. Full backups of all data are performed every 6 hours. Incremental backups (only changes) are performed every hour. Backups are stored in 3 different geographic regions (US East, Western Europe, Southeast Asia) and on cold storage (Glacier). Backup versions are retained for 90 days. Professional plan users can manually back up their projects and download the backup files. In case of an issue, our technical team can restore your data from any point in the last 30 days within less than 4 hours. Restoration is free for regular users.
5. Does Webrano support custom domains?
Yes, all professional and business plan users can use their own custom domains. The domain connection process includes: adding the domain in project settings, changing DNS records (A, CNAME, TXT) in your domain configuration, waiting for propagation (up to 48 hours), and then automatic SSL activation. Webrano automatically issues and renews a free SSL certificate (Let's Encrypt) for your domain. Support is available for international domains (e.g., .com, .net, .org) and country-code domains (e.g., .uk, .de, .ir). Unlimited subdomains are also supported. For domains you already own, no domain transfer is needed; just DNS changes will make your site accessible on your own domain.
