By accessing or using Webruno (available at webruno.com and webruno.ir), including any associated plugins, connectors, or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Webruno is operated by Idehweb. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service.

Webruno is a multi-tenant website builder and CRM platform that lets businesses build websites, manage customers, orders, and leads, and connect third-party sites (such as WordPress installations) to a central CRM account. Features, plans, and integrations may change over time as the service evolves.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API tokens, and for all activity that occurs under your account. When you connect a third-party site (e.g. via the Webruno CRM WordPress plugin), you authorize that site to exchange data with your Webruno account as described in the plugin's documentation. You may disconnect a site at any time from its admin settings.

You agree not to misuse Webruno, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems, uploading unlawful or infringing content, interfering with the normal operation of the service, or using the platform to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law.

Certain features, such as Webruno CRM Pro, are offered on a paid subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Prices may change with reasonable prior notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the service is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Webruno, you also agree to the terms of that Privacy Policy.

You may stop using Webruno and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated, or if required to protect the security or integrity of the platform. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (such as limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Idehweb and Webruno shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
